Subject: Elvis Reps Meeting 2024 Message from Martin Clarke January 12, 2024 1:06 pm Hi all, I hope all are well and I’m looking forward to catching up with everybody at this year’s Elvis Reps Meeting which will on Monday 26th February 2024. It looks like we won’t be able to use The Royal Forest Hotel at Chingford so this year’s venue is in the upstairs room at
The Bull Manor House Gardens 129 High Street Wanstead E11 2RL
This is a venue we have used before and is just a 2 minute walk from Wanstead tube station. Many thanks to Jacob of ELR for booking this.
Please arrive 6.30pm for a 7pm start. As usual for those hosting races this year please come prepared with your preferred dates. Please confirm who will be attending from each club and any updates to the Elvis Club reps list for your club.

As you know Ilford AC are hosting the Elvis presentation this year, in our centenary year so hope to see a good crowd there. We will be laying on a buffet, so would appreciate some idea of numbers if you are able to get an idea from your members. Doesn’t have to be accurate but we don’t want to order too little (or too much) food.

ETON MANOR – You have last years trophies, both men and women. Can you arrange to get these back to us at some point ready to present to this years winners.
Can we also ask for each club to pay their contribution of £80 towards the evening (Eton Manor £40 as you don’t host a race). Payment in to the ILFORD AC account. If you don’t have the details, or have any questions regarding anything in this mail please contact me

Very minor point, but on the “individual results” tab I’m listed as 2 different people (“Jon Drysdale” for race 1 and “Jonathan Drysdale” for subsequent races). Not sure it matters, but thought I should flag.
