Dont panic Bob, this doesnt mean Orion will be hosting the Presntation evening. Normally this would fall to Barking but they have kindly agreed that Ilford hostthis year as its Ilford’s centenary year. Barking will host next year instead.
Please arrive 6.30pm for a 7pm start. The venue very near to the Orion Clubhouse and Chingford Station is just down the road. As usual for those hosting races this year please come prepared with your preferred dates. Please confirm who will be attending from each club and any updates to the Elvis Club reps list for your club.

It’s Jamie here from EERR. Thank you to Havering for hosting the presentation evening last night, I wasn’t there personally but I was told it was great.
Secondly, I hope you don’t mind me drawing your attention to an “fun run-a-long” event that our member Shree is organising with our club’s support. We’d be ever so grateful if you could notify your members – sharing the information below and the flyer attached. Thanks….
Gary McKee – the famous 365 marathon man – is running his 324th consecutive marathon at the Community Track in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday 20th November.
We invite you and your club’s members to come and be part of the occasion by participating in our fun run-a-long. Participants are challenged to run as many laps as they can while witnessing Gary’s grit and determination and helping get closer to the ultimate goal of raising £1million for charity.

*Why are we doing this?* Gary McKee is an extraordinary Cumbrian man in his fifties who has taken up the challenge of running 365 marathons this year. Subject: ELVIS Presentation Party Message from Darren Radford September 4, 2022 12:26 pm Hi All, What a fantastic season we’ve had so far, with just one more race to go I’m sure we’re all looking forward to Joining The Reds for the finalé at Valentines Park on Sept 25th.
Soon after it will be time for the Presentation Party which this year will be hosted by Havering ’90 Joggers 7pm Friday 21st October at our new home: Two Gables (Upminster Rugby Club), The Pavilion, Hall Lane, Upminster, RM14 1AU. Full details will be posted on the ELVIS facebook page shortly. Could I please ask all hosting clubs to transfer their contributions of £80 and Eton Manor £40 to our club account.
