Subject: Elvis 2025 Reps Meeting 2025 Message from Martin Clarke January 16, 2025 2:01 pm Hi all, I hope all are well and I’m looking forward to catching up with everybody at this year’s Elvis Reps Meeting which will be on Monday 24th February 2025. Unfortunately we were unable to book last year’s venue but we have booked the Leytonstone Tavern side room for Mon 24th Feb, 6.30-8.30pm. It is near to the start of the Wanstead Flats parkrun Address: 119 Harrow Rd, London E11 3PX The manager has requested that if many people intend to eat, it would be helpful if they could pre-order. Many thanks to ELR for booking this. Please arrive 6.30pm for a 7pm start at the latest. Hopefully we can transact all business in the time allotted. As usual for those hosting races this year please come prepared with your preferred dates. Please confirm who will be attending from each club and any updates to the Elvis Club reps list for your club.
Usual Agenda Welcome and Introduction Setting of Race Dates Discussion on last years series 2024 Suggestions for any improvements – Starts/ Course Improvments /Rule Changes/ scoring etc. Do we want to go ahead with a 2 league system as trialed last year. Subject: Missing from finishers list Message from Craig Stevens September 22, 2024 12:10 pm Hello – I just ran the Elvis race today and was checking kronosports on the way home and I noticed my name is missing from the finishers list. I was number 52.
I came 4th after Sam Crane – I can send a screenshot of my Strava if that’s helpful? I’ve also still got my number and I’m sure Josh Willis who came in just after me would verify this. And I’d hope there are pictures of my running too!
(I think I’m in line to win the overall men’s prize for the whole league so just wanted to catch this early as I need this result to have enough races for the league!)
